Virtual CPR & First Aid (Spanish)

Get certified to save lives. In this class, you will learn the basic steps of CPR and first aid on adults, children and infants. Once you complete the course, you'll receive a certification card and you'll know what to do in a life-threatening emergency. If you are under the age of 18, please call us first for more information. Call us at (213)438-5497 after your class to pick up your CPR card at our center!

Meditation

This class consists of guided meditation. Our instructor Marquita will help you drum up some specific mental imagery or she may walk you through a series of breathing exercises or mantras to help you practice meditating to the sound of quartz crystal sound bowls. For 18+. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.
