Parking is available in the plaza and directly in front of our center. We are in the Norwalk Town Square Plaza on the corner of Rosecrans and Pioneer.

Free Food Pantry Open to the Community
In partnership with God's Pantry, we are distributing free grocery items every month on a first come, first served basis. We believe that having access to food is important for good health, and we want you to be healthy! Everyone is welcome – no appointment needed.

My Rewards for a Healthy Life is a program where you can earn rewards for participating in a variety of health education classes at our Community Resource Centers. After participating in six health education classes, you are eligible for a premium gift.

I like the incentive offerings at the centers. NMOs, Back to School event, My Rewards for a Health Life program. It’s a contagious happiness when someone receives an incentive for participating at our centers or during our back pack giveaways seeing the students receiving the school items or offering a member a gift card and you can tell how helpful that small token was.
