Healthy Eating Resource Fair Open to the Community
Need a boost in your wellness journey? Join our Healthy Eating Resource Fair to explore our center’s services and other vital resources from our local partners. Participants will be eligible for a $20 grocery gift card, while supplies last.

CPR/First Aid - English

This free workshop provides instruction on basic CPR and First Aid for adults, children and infants. Learn lifesaving skills and get certification to help protect or save someone's life. Class is in English.

This support group focuses on dealing with domestic violence. Anyone who has dealt with or is going through the cycle of violence is welcome to attend.

Kids learn how to cook healthy meals in this hands-on class. Class instruction will cover the food groups, food labels and the importance of eating healthy foods.
