Description: In this workshop we will provide tips and activities to get you and your family up and moving. Being physically active can improve your family_s health, most families do not do enough physical activity. The more you do, the greater the health benefits and the better you'll feel.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Parking:
Parking is available in the center lot at the cross street of Imperial Hwy and Long Beach Blvd.
