Breath Freely: Asthma Management Workshop

This one-session course will provide participants with tools to help manage asthma. Topics include asthma symptoms, triggers, correct use of asthma medicines, creating an asthma plan, and more. This class is in English.

Live Healthy with Diabetes (3 of 4)

This class will teach you the nutritional do's and don'ts if you've been diagnosed with Diabetes. Learn about the misconceptions/myths surrounding diabetes, how to monitor blood glucose, mindful eating, and so much more! This class is a part of a four class series. This class is in Spanish. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted.

This Personal Development Support Group aims to remove mental health barriers to daily living. It provides support and training on topics, such as conflict resolution, effective communication, time management, setting priorities, and goal planning. This class is in Spanish. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted.

Pre & Postnatal Yoga

Vinyasa flow yoga with modifications for new and expecting moms at any stage of pregnancy. Move with your breath and focus your attention on your own body while increasing flexibility, mobility, strength & relaxation. Newborns and toddlers are welcome! Receive a free pack of diapers after class. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.

You will learn about the nutrition value of fruits and vegetables, how to read nutrition labels, preparing meals on a budget, and so much more! For ages 14+. This class is in Spanish.
