Learn at your own pace in this beginner level class. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.

This class is a faster pace form of yoga accessible to all skill levels! This style of yoga combines yoga with Pilates and aerobic style exercises requires the body to develop balance, strength, and stamina.
