Meditation

This class consists of guided meditation. Our instructor Marquita will help you drum up some specific mental imagery or she may walk you through a series of breathing exercises or mantras to help you practice meditating to the sound of quartz crystal sound bowls. For 18+. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.

Restorative Yin Yoga

This yoga class consists of slow-paced style of yoga as exercise with poses that are held for longer periods of time than other styles. You will use props that help you feel comfortable and supported, regardless of your experience with yoga. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes. For 18+. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. CPR, AED & First Aid (14+)

Get certified to save lives. In this class, you will learn the basic steps of CPR and first aid on adults, children and infants. Once you complete the course, you'll receive a certification card and you'll know what to do in a life-threatening emergency. This class is in English. For ages 14+. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted.

Gentle Yoga (Beginner)

Learn basic Yoga poses that combine breathing and awareness to build strength and flexibility. Yoga is good for increasing energy and relieving tension and stress. Learn at your own pace in this beginner level class. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. Active Yoga (Intermediate)

This class is a faster pace form of yoga for intermediate skill level participants. This style of yoga combines yoga with Pilates and aerobic style exercises requires the body to develop balance, strength, and stamina. This class is an excellent way to build strength, increase range of motion, and vitality. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.

Learn how to achieve and maintain a healthy weight in this wellness course. This program explores healthy eating and achievable physical activity goals. This class is in English and Spanish. For ages 18+. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted.
