Sound Therapy for Emotional Wellness (18+) (Beginner)

This class consists of guided meditation. Our instructor Marquita will help you drum up some specific mental imagery or she may walk you through a series of breathing exercises or mantras to help you practice meditating to the sound of quartz crystal sound bowls. For 18+. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.

Restorative Yin Yoga (18+) (Beginner)

This yoga class consists of slow-paced style of yoga as exercise with poses that are held for longer periods of time than other styles. You will use props that help you feel comfortable and supported, regardless of your experience with yoga. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes. For 18+. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Adult Craft - Spring Paper Lanterns (18+)

In this adult-friendly craft, members will create a decorative spring lantern entirely from paper and layering shapes to celebrate the season. This project is relaxing and fun. The finished lantern makes a lovely decoration for tables, windowsills, or spring events, adding a soft, warm glow to any space. No crafting experience is needed just enjoy creating and get inspired by spring.
