Services
Free Food Pantry Open to the Community
In partnership with God's Pantry, we are distributing free grocery items every month on a first come, first served basis. We believe that having access to food is important for good health, and we want you to be healthy! Everyone is welcome – no appointment needed.
When: Last Friday of the month | 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
–
Pomona
HIIT simply means that you alternate between a high intensity exercise for a given time and lower intensity exercise (or rest) for a given time. A great example of a HIIT workout is sprinting at a near-maximum speed for 30 seconds, followees by walking for 20 seconds.
