A Regional Community Advisory Committee (RCAC) is a group of volunteers who meet every two months to talk about health issues in their communities. Members share their experiences and give feedback to help L.A. Care improve health services for everyone. RCACs are a way for community members to have their voices heard and make a difference.

Blood Pressure Management (Spanish)
–
Panorama City
Learn how to maintain normal blood pressure , you will also develop a better understanding of the causes of high blood pressure, and how to manage their preventable risk factors.
