Exercise and strengthen muscles in this full-body weight lifting course. Weight Training can help you maintain strong, healthy bones and a healthy cardiovascular system. For Ages 14+. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.
