We feature classes that also focus on healthy eating plans that will help you control your blood sugar to a safe range.

Adopting simple lifestyle changes can help prevent heart disease. Attend a class to learn how to control high blood pressure and cholesterol through good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
Obesity
Obesity is the cause of many health problems like cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, cancer, infertility, premature death and disability. In our classes, we discuss what can be done to increase awareness of the dangers of obesity. You’ll also learn about the influence of diet and why physical activity makes a difference.
