Description: An instructor will guide you and participants of all skill levels through a high energy, pulse-pounding, dance fitness experience! Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.
