Description: Protect yourself and your family! Join our FREE* walk-up vaccine event where you can get a flu and COVID-19 vaccine. Individuals who get a vaccine will receive a FREE $20 grocery gift card to Ralphs/Food 4 Less, while supplies last! Flu vaccines are available for people ages 3 and older. COVID vaccines are for people ages 12 and older. While you are here, you can also get free blood sugar and blood pressure readings.
Advance registration is encouraged, but not required. Advance registration does not guarantee a free gift.
*Services are provided at no-cost to you; however, services may be billed to, and covered by your insurance, if applicable. Limited vouchers available for those who do not have insurance coverage.
Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Parking is available in the plaza. We are also conveniently located by the El Monte Bus Station.
