Description: Protect yourself and your family! Join us for a FREE* vaccine event offering flu, COVID, and school-required vaccines for children and adults (ages 6 months and older).
Available vaccines include:
- Flu
- COVID-19**
- DTaP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis)
- Polio
- Hepatitis B
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
- Varicella

What to bring: Current vaccination record or school vaccine request forms, if available
*Services are provided at no-cost to you; however, services may be billed to, and covered by your insurance, if applicable.
