Description: The Life Skills Support Group is a combination of classes that aim to remove mental health barriers to daily living. It provides support and training on topics, such as conflict resolution, effective communication, time management, setting priorities, and goal planning.
Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
