Description: Join us for a workshop that will explore how stress influences our daily lives. We will explore common sources of stress, its connection to various health conditions, and how it can contribute to depression. Partipants will also explore effective techniques for managing and reducing stress.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
