Description: The goal of Peak of Season Nutrition & Cooking for Teens is to instill a deep and lasting appreciation for food sources by increasing knowledge, awareness, preparation, and consumption of California fruits and vegetables! Weekly sessions will discuss nutrition facts and health benefits of in-season California grown fruits and vegetables, the different varieties grown in California, and how to prepare and eat them. Students will prepare a weekly recipe that features the week's star ingredient! For teens ages 11-17.
Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Parking is available onsite. We are located next to the WSS Shoe Warehouse.
