Description: Discover how controlled, intentional movements can build strength and stability throughout your body. This full-body workout emphasizes proper breathing, precise motion, and core development. Join us to experience the many benefits of physical fitness through Pilates.
Participants must wear proper workout attire and tennis shoes to participate in any physical exercise classes. Participants arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted.
Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Onsite parking is available. Our parking lot is accessible via Crenshaw Blvd or 57th St. Follow posted arrow signs.
