Details
Description: Vinyasa flow yoga with modifications for new and expecting moms at any stage of pregnancy. Move with your breath and focus your attention on your own body while building heating. Increase flexibility, mobility, strength & relaxation. Newborns and toddlers are welcome! Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.
Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Parking:
Parking is available onsite. We are located next to the WSS Shoe Warehouse.
