Description: In this 1-hour class, everyone exercises together in a supportive environment, improving their flexibility and strengthening their bodies.
Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Parking:
Parking is available in the plaza and directly in front of our center. We are in the Norwalk Town Square Plaza on the corner of Rosecrans and Pioneer.
