Description: This class is designed to help you stay active. Learn how easy it is to maintain your cardio health and strengthen your muscles. We_ll do basic Yoga poses that relieve tension and stress, and increase flexibility. You can exercise seated in your chair or standing up.
Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Parking:
Parking is available in the Crenshaw Imperial Plaza. We are located near AutoZone in the Southwest area of the plaza.
