Description: This class is designed to help you stay active. Learn how easy it is to maintain your cardio health and strengthen your muscles. We_ll do basic Yoga poses that relieve tension and stress, and increase flexibility. You can exercise seated in your chair or standing up. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes. Operating Hours:
Mon & Wed 10am–6pm, Tue & Thu 9am–5pm, Fri 8am–4pm
