CPR & First Aid - Spanish

Get certified to save lives. In this class, you will learn the basic steps of CPR and first aid on adults, children and infants. Once you complete the course, you'll receive your certification card. Class is in Spanish.

A 26-week course designed to teach anger management techniques. You will learn healthy tools and useful methods to regulate emotions. Classes are available for court ordered requirements.

My Rewards for a Healthy Life is a program where you can earn rewards for participating in a variety of health education classes at our Community Resource Centers. After participating in six health education classes, you are eligible for a premium gift.
