Learn how to cook healthy meals in this hands-on class. Class instruction will cover the basics of food groups, how to read nutrition labels and preparing meals on a budget. This class will teach you the nutritional do's and don'ts if you've been diagnosed with Diabetes. Learn about the misconceptions/myths surrounding diabetes, how to monitor blood glucose, mindful eating, and so much more! This class is a part of a four class series. This class is in Spanish.
