Get fit while you dance. This cardiovascular workout will have you swinging to rhythm and blues while you burn calories. Improve your health while having fun! All are welcome.

Long Beach
Class designed to provide a full-body, deep stretch experience. Focuses on enhancing flexibility and promoting relaxation. Class is adapted for older adults and adults with limited mobility. Guest arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout attire and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.

This is a modified Zumba class, at a lower intensity level, designed for older adults. The class will focus on balance, range of motion and coordination and includes all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!
