Challenge yourself with this fast-paced, calorie-blasting workout including, conditioning, strengthening and weights. This class is geared toward all fitness levels. Modifications are always offered for the beginner to the advanced.

Sound Therapy for Emotional Wellness (18+) (Beginner)

This class consists of guided meditation. Our instructor Marquita will help you drum up some specific mental imagery or she may walk you through a series of breathing exercises or mantras to help you practice meditating to the sound of quartz crystal sound bowls. For 18+. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.

CRC Pomona is happy to provide access to FREE and/or discounted transportation through the Metro LIFE Program! This program offers 90 days of FREE rides for new enrollees, 20 free rides each month loaded on your TAP card or a discounted transit pass towards 16 participating operators.

My Rewards for a Healthy Life is a program where you can earn rewards for participating in a variety of health education classes at our Community Resource Centers. After participating in six health education classes, you are eligible for a premium gift.
