Description: Walk in Basis. Those who qualify will receive 3 months of unlimited fare and 20 free rides per month after that.

Monday – Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Parking:
Parking can be accessed off of Avalon Blvd under the largest community mural in Wilmington as well as in the rear of the building in the Los Angeles city parking lot.
