Learn Spanish with your family through music and movement. Dance, play, and bond while learning Spanish together. Class duration 45mins. This class is in English and Spanish. During this class we will go over symptoms, risk factors, preventative measures and were to go for treatment. We will also touch on the importance of a healthy diet and increasing your level of physical activity in order to stay healthy longer and reduce the risk of diabetes.
