How Much Is Too Much

Students will learn how to recognize when something_like screen time, sugar, stress, or certain behaviors_can become unhealthy if there is too much of it. The class also covers balance, self-control, and ways to build healthy habits for the body and mind.

This four-session course explores practical lifestyle changes that can help lower the risk of diabetes complications. Topics will include healthy eating and meal planning, staying active, managing stress, monitoring blood sugar, and understanding current diabetes medications and insulin. The classes are suitable for both newly diagnosed individuals and those with long-term diabetes.
