This workshop will explore Alzheimer_s disease and its impact on memory, thinking, and behavior. Participants will gain an understanding of how the disease affects the brain, recognize early warning signs, and learn why early support and intervention are important. The session will also highlight ways families and communities can provide support for individuals living with Alzheimer_s disease and those caring for them.

This four-session course explores practical lifestyle changes that can help lower the risk of diabetes complications. Topics will include healthy eating and meal planning, staying active, managing stress, monitoring blood sugar, and understanding current diabetes medications and insulin. The classes are suitable for both newly diagnosed individuals and those with long-term diabetes.
