Description: Participants learn about the impact of stress in the body and mind. They identify personal signs of stress and discuss positive and negative ways to cope with stress. Participants engage in a mindfulness exercise and obtain other tools and resources for managing stress.
Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Parking:
Parking is available in the Crenshaw Imperial Plaza. We are located near AutoZone in the Southwest area of the plaza.
