Description: Protect yourself and your family. Free walk-up vaccines-Flu, COVID, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Polio, Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella and more. Must be 6 months of age to receive vaccines. Vaccines offered vary by age and eligibility. For school related vaccines please bring any vaccine record available.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Parking is available in the lot connected to our center on Holt.
