Description: Learn how easy it is to maintain your cardio health and strengthen your muscles. We'll do basic Yoga poses that relieve tension and stress, and increase flexibility. You can exercise seated in your chair or standing up.
Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Parking:
Parking is available in the Crenshaw Imperial Plaza. We are located near AutoZone in the Southwest area of the plaza.
