Description: Flu vaccines are available to everyone 3+ years of age and older. COVID-19 vaccines are available to everyone 12 years of age and older. Children's Vaccines: Pneumonia, RSV, Shingles, Tdap, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B. Adult Vaccines: MMR, Varicella, Polio DTap, Tdap, Hepatitis A/B, HPV, Meningitis *All While Supplies Last. *COVID vaccines offered based on availability.
Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Parking:
Parking is available in the plaza. We are also conveniently located by the El Monte Bus Station.
