This yoga class consists of slow-paced style of yoga as exercise with poses that are held for longer periods of time than other styles. You will use props that help you feel comfortable and supported, regardless of your experience with yoga. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes. For 18+. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. This is a modified Zumba class, at a lower intensity level, designed for older adults. The class will focus on balance, range of motion and coordination and includes all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!

In this class, you will learn what asthma is and how it affects your breathing. You will learn how to recognize symptoms and early warning signs of an asthma attack. The class will also teach you about common triggers, like smoke, dust, and allergies, and how to avoid them. This class will be held in Cantonese.
