Class designed to provide a full-body, deep stretch experience. Focuses on enhancing flexibility and promoting relaxation. Class is adapted for older adults and adults with limited mobility. Guest arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout attire and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.
