In this class you will learn what fiber is, why it is important for your health, and how it supports digestion and overall well-being. We will also discuss different types of fiber, foods that are high in fiber, and simple ways to add more fiber to your daily meals. This class will be held in Spanish.

This class is a faster pace form of yoga for intermediate skill level participants. This style of yoga combines yoga with Pilates and aerobic style exercises requires the body to develop balance, strength, and stamina. This class is an excellent way to build strength, increase range of motion, and vitality. Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Guests arriving 15 minutes after the start of any class may not be admitted. You must wear proper workout clothes and tennis shoes to participate in physical exercise classes.

Natural juices and salads can be fun, delicious, and, most importantly, healthy. Classes are on a first come first served basis.
