Participants will explore the importance of sexuality as an integral and natural part of being a human being. Activities will guide participants to explore cultural myths about sexuality and their own values in relation to the topic. Barriers that make it difficult to educate adolescents about sexual health.

This class is a faster pace form of yoga for intermediate skill level participants. This style of yoga combines yoga with Pilates and aerobic style exercises requires the body to develop balance, strength, and stamina.
